We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Orders within the UK delivered 2-5 days. For orders outside of the UK please allow 7 – 10 days.

Payment for products is by major credit or debit cards. In the event of your payment being declined by your cardholder making-babies.co.uk shall not be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience.

If your order has already been dispatched the product must be returned in the original packaging and condition. Detail for return will be given when contact made.

Products should be returned by recorded delivery or another tracking system. Making-babies.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods.

When products are received in good condition a refund will be made.

Unless we make a mistake with your order postage and packaging will not be refunded.
