You are your baby’s world, your body systems intertwined together as one. Your baby learns about this world long before he/she is born. Your thoughts and feelings transfer to your baby. When a person is happy and relaxed they release endorphins which is a feel-good happy hormone which then makes your baby feel good. Regular meditation will help you remain calm and relaxed. If at any time you feel stressed a quick five minute meditation will benefit you, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, breathe out the stress and tension then breathe in love for your baby.
